The BOLD Women's Summit was born from a simple but powerful vision: to boldly elevate the women of our region and create a space where growth, leadership, and community collide.

Developed by the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce, BOLD exists to cultivate leadership, confidence, and connection among women from every background and industry.

It's a full-day experience intentionally designed to equip, uplift, and inspire through nationally recognized speakers, dynamic breakout sessions, and genuine opportunities for connection and collaboration.

Before BOLD, many women in our region had to travel far to access this level of professional and personal development.

Now, that same world-class experience is happening right here in Joplin, Missouri ensuring that leadership growth remains accessible, inclusive, and deeply rooted in the community we love.
